Bridge to Independence is dedicated to empowering teens aging out of foster care. We provide safe, supportive studio-style apartments, coupled with an array of social work and life skills programs. Our mission is to nurture your self-confidence, foster resilience, and equip you with essential tools for a seamless transition into independent adulthood, laying a strong foundation for a brighter future.

Bridge to Independence envisions a world where every teen aging out of foster care has the opportunity to reach their full potential, lead independent and fulfilling lives, and become resilient, contributing members of their communities.
